Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Packaging: All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Documentation: Original order confirmation or proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

- Dish Drying Mat (hygiene concerns)
- Dryer Sheet Holder (if opened from original packaging)
- Personalized or custom-made items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Processing
- Timeframe: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item
- Method: Refund issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless due to our error
Exchange Process
- Follow the standard return process above
- Specify in your email that you want an exchange and your preferred replacement product
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Incorrect Items
