Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition – unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- You must have your original order confirmation or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bath Mat (due to hygiene concerns)
- Dish Drying Mat (due to hygiene concerns)
- Dryer Sheet Holder (if opened from original packaging)
- Personalized or custom-made items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

- Wait for Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to our returns address (provided with your authorization) using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Processing
Once your return is approved and processed:

Exchange Process
